Following the spectacular momentum of the Sustainability Summit 2025 held in Nairobi, Kenya, a corporate sustainability mindset has emerged on the importance of Africa’s climate future being people-centered, equity driven and grounded in local realities.
Participants at the Summit further emphasized that meaningful climate action must be centered around human rights, inclusive leadership, and indigenous knowledge.
In furtherance of dialogue on socio-economic development and inclusivity, ICELIS Global partnered with summit conveners, The Center for Climate Justice, and ALN Kenya, and other partners GSMA and Green Legacy to publish a policy brief which perfectly captures the summit’s reflections and translates them into actionable recommendations.
ICELIS Global is delights to have played an integral role in this brilliant initiative and remains committed towards advancing climate justice across the African continent.
