ICELIS featured prominently during the Hamad Bin Khalifa University (HBKU) Alumni Reunion 2025, providing key insights into its operations across the GCC region, with a focus on ESG and sustainability promotion, policy development, and ESG reporting compliance. The HBKU Alumni Reunion was a brilliant platform for discussing the impactful contributions of Hamad Bin Khalifa University (HBKU) alumni towards furthering academic progress and regional development.
It was a delight to watch a video of the founding of HBKU featuring His Esteemed Highness Shaikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani. The event was an excellent gathering of academic peers, faculty, and leadership, including Dr. Ahmad Hasnah – President, HBKU, Dr. Prabhat Hajela, Ph.D. – Provost, HBKU, Dr. Maryam Al Mannai – Vice President for Student Affairs, Hamad Bin Khalifa University, Dean Susan Karamanian – Dean, College of Law, HBKU, Faisal Rashid Al Sahouti – CEO, Qatar International Court and Dispute Resolution Centre (QICDRC) and Honorary President, International Law Association GCC Branch, Brigadier Abdulrahman Abdulmalik – Head of Medical Services, Ministry of Defense Qatar Armed Forces.

It was truly a privilege to listen to the remarks from His Esteemed Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, Dr. Ahmad M. Hasnah, Dr. Maryam Al Mannai, and Brigadier Abdulrahman Abdulmalik as they shared their incredible insights on HBKU’s activities and the importance of furthering dialogue on international investment and regional development.
